We provide client-managed engineering teams. You direct the priorities and day-to-day work. We recruit, onboard, and support the team so you get stable engineering capacity and continuity. We don't deliver turnkey projects.
Frontend, backend, QA, DevOps/SRE, and tech leads. Either individual roles or cross-functional pods that plug into your existing product org. For larger teams, you get a tech lead for every 5-6 engineers.
